I was very excited at the prospect of furnishing an addition to my lodge by using Mr P online but unfortunately this has become a nightmare. They quick to take your money but then placed my large order on hold without informing me (no one can tell me why) and after many phone calls was promised delivery on the 23rd. The courier company phoned at 9 that night to confirm delivery which then arrived at 5.30 am! Sadly only 3 of my 82 items had arrived. Many phone calls more and I was promised delivery on the 27th then the 28th and yes Im still waiting. Now no one knows where the goods are and the call centre don't have a clue! I've had to cancel 2 sets of guests with financial consequences to myself and no matter how many times I phone or try get it resolved Nothing gets done! I don't know what else to do and have asked for a refund but that hasnt been provided and a refund doesn't resolve the reputational damage done for my lodge plus now i must start from scratch. So sad that service like this is considered acceptable by a JSE listed company and as an investor I would sell Mr Price shares.
