I would like to lay a complaint against your Ermelo Branch Manager whom I feel was grossly disrespectful, unfair and unprofessional to me. I phoned inititally regarding an error they made on my order and spoke to the manager. However, I feel like I was treated poorly and I felt victimised by this person - at no point, was there a means to resolve matters from her. She argued defensively from the beginning, which I cannot tolerate as I did no wrong. As a manager, she is the custodian of this branch and is the highest representative. I am definitely not going back to the Ermelo branch, and I will pass on this message to the community. I believe she lacks proper communication skills and can be a deathly factor in your business which unfortunately relies on customer satisfaction.
