I have a credit on the OK account so Ester at head office referred me to the branch where I bought from in doreder to obtain my refund, a guy called G Khumalo being one of the trainee branch managers refused to except my identification document and the receipt, he instead requested a 3 month bank statement, for what reason I do not know, I had no cash for transport home as I depended on the refund money. I had to walk home, which took me more then an hour, imagine from JHB city to coronatioville with a dislocated knee.
