Cash sale Gone BAD

I have never received such a bad service in my entire life, I was sold a laptop under the impression that it was new from one of your stores.
1. The sales person to me and told me that the box was open because he had shown the manager the contents
2. I travelled to Pretoria to find that the laptop reboots every 8 minutes "does a compete shutdown and resets the system properties every time "date and time". The laptop had music and username on already
3. I took the laptop on Sunday to a branch in Midrand and they advised that I had to take it back to Vereeniging Branch
4. Today my beautiful had to drive to Vereeniging again with "Laptop in original boxing, papers and all and a receipt" She request's a refund as we were deceived by OK furniture's "They inform her that I have to come as I signed on the receipt and bring my proof of Identification".

This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. I spend R300 of petrol for my wife to return the laptop. Now I must skip work and spend another R300 to Vereeniging. "THIS WAS A CASH SALE"
We have the proof of purchase and the item is still in original packaging

No one cared to request these things when I purchased the lap
