My dad was so kind to pay my OK Furniture account at the branch in Vredendal. After sending him my accounts he went and the lady that helped him said it is a R1000 more than what the accounts said. He paid it. I followed this up with the branch in Mossel Bay which they said they need to follow up with Head Office to pay back the money. It has been a week with no phone call from them. Each time I phone them they say they need to wait for Head Office. Why is it, if you owe them money they phone you every 5 min but if they owe you money, they have to wait for Head Office?
