I bought a portable Delonghi PAC N125 HP new "smart" air-conditioner. I paid R5k for this useless portable airconditioner. I went online on Dions Wired and i found reviews of customers who like me bought it for the name Delonghi and what it USED to stand for. I really thought Hi-Fi Corp's shelf quality was different from others in that they dont just have buyers who buy items on relationships with the agent. I thought Hi-Fi Corp puts customers interests FIRST. I am dissapointed that Hi-Fi Corp put anything on their shelves that they had not tested. I thought when you walked into ANY Hi-fi corp their branding stands for quality, you could choose ANY product on THEIR shelf and know that you are getting quality. Now it would seem to me Hi-Fi Corp is just a chinese shop, where price and mark up THEY make, is what determines what will be on the shelf. If Hi-Fi corp cared, they would test & read the product review and stop selling this Delonghi product and remove it from their shelf but they wont because it doesnt make business sense. Hi-Fi Corp u are the middle man between myself and a manufacturer. U set the quality standards on your shelves. I would be surprised if you would even call
