I'm very disappointed with this cashier named Mabuyi Makhoba working at the Pick n Pay in Rosebank, as I was queing yesterday to pay for my goods then when I was 2nd on the line there was a customer who had a file which had no bar code and she sent someone to look for that barcorde so that file and she decided to relax and wait instead of attending to other customers then as soon as the lady who went looking for the barcode for would of came back then she could ask the customer to pay seperately for his file and it really wasted a lot of my time and after I have waited for 15 minutes for the file to be fecthed and scanned, I finally paid for my staff but still she and her packer didnot bother to pack my stuff in the plastic bag so I had to pay and pack all by self, so what is the use to have a packer behind the till if they not going to do their job, I'm really disapointted and as for Mabuyi I think she should go for some customer service lessons mybe she will learn something.
