My husband bought me a present for my birthday in July, and it was a ring from Sterns at the Gateway Mall.
He didn't have the ring sized so I called into the store about 1 month ago and explained the lady that took my call and she asked me for the cash sales slip. I advised her that I don't have one, so she said she will have to look for it, I gave the date when the ring was bought. I also explained that the ring went a bit off shape, as I mistakenly did this.
To date I received no call from the store. The lady assured me she would call me, as their receipts are all filed away. This is not good customer service. I would appreciated at least a call back either way if she could find the receipt or not. But this is bad customer service.
