I contacted Zama Nhlangulela, HPC Product Consultant a while ago regarding a faulty product. Brut Roll-ons that I bought smells nothing like how the product is supposed to smell - smells like a different product.
After our initial conversation I requested feedback and I am still waiting... I contacted Zama again to inform her that I bought another one of these faulty products and she just ignored me.
If this is how Unilever treats their customers, I will after 16 years make a point of supporting anybody but Unilever.
