I've bought the Clicks brand toilet paper (2-Ply 18 Rolls) on two occassions. The first occassion I was very happy and didn't hesitate to buy the same the second time around. Unfortunately this batch seems to be an inferior product. When the first roll yielded 50% 2-ply and 50% 1-ply, I thought it may just be that one specific roll, but roll after roll follows the same process. The first half is nice 2-ply and then the second half is definitely only 1-ply.
