We purchased two club chairs in Dec 2010 for our library room at the office, more for show than anything else so they have hardly been used, I decided to sit on one the other day to see how comfortable they are and felt as though a section of the one chair in the seat part had collapsed, I contacted Coricraft and have basically been told that they cant help me, not even to offer a repair service. We spent alot of money at that branch and feel disgusted as to how my complaint has been handled. They tell me there is only a years guarantee, I had been told previously not to purchase from Coricraft as their after sales service was not good, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I even emailed their customer service and they have not even bothered to reply.
