I lodged a complaint about Clicks, I think in January. After that I received a call from Clicks Oudtshoorn and some of the problems were sorted out. I was promised that I would be phoned as soon as the product that I was looking for is available and that I would get it as advertised.
I did get the call as promised and went to pick up the products today, I also got it at the said price. I want to thank Jo-Anne as you don't often get people that promise things and actually follow through with it.
