After I contacted Spar Head Office a week ago to complain about the bad attitude of Parklands Spar owners and they promised me they will get back to me within 7 days... STILL NOTHING!!!
This after a good couple of my family and friends also phoned head office and complained about the same incident after hearing about it. neither me nor any of my 22 family and friends have been inside a Spar or Tops since the incident as I and them promised Head Office it will be untill action was taken against the owners.
Knowing that they are loosing clientele and turnover from this incident doesnt seem to bother them much and why should it? We are just a drop in the ocean. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS MYSPAR, ITS THE OWNERS SPARS AND THEY CAN DO AS THEY PRETTY WELL PLEASE!!!
