Rosebank branch has always been a nightmare to visit. The staff are always unwilling, chat to each other while working, the queus are extra long and no extra cashiers and in general a bad place to shop. Thank you things have really changed because of Langa, the manager. He is constantly on the floor and monitors the qeue, he chats to customers. He asks for feedback or suggestions. I once received flowers for no reason and was pleasantly surprised.
