Swift corrective action

In December I had ordered Christmas gifts and Christmas decorations via the City Mob website and they had not arrived in time (i.e. in time for Christmas). Not only did City Mob offer a voucher towards my next purchase as an acknowledgement of the frustration of the poor service I had received. The next order I placed (last week) was delivered the next day.

Thank you City Mob for restoring my faith! I will continue to use your service.
