Pathetic service & No delivery of Christmas gifts!

In December 2012 Groupon SA was running these "Christmas Deals" with guaranteed delivery by the 20th of December 2012. We had placed 3 very important orders for my mother, mother-in-law and father-in-law.By the 24th of December we had realised that there was no way that we were going to receive these gifts on time. That had already left us in a very sour state of mind as we were then forced to tell our disappointed family members that they would not be receiving their Christmas gifts on time due to the fact that Groupon failed to keep their promise (FALSE ADVERTISING!!!) We had waited another 2 weeks before we received any type of correspondence from them, and the result was that the courier or supplier company had gone under liquidation (NOT MY PROBLEM!!!) besides the terrible service and that they have been feeding us, we were left with no apology, 2 unforgivable, no refund and most importantly, no Christmas gifts! What angers me the most about this excuse for a company is that they have absolutely no remorse for any of their unhappy customers... You have given yourself as well as your suppliers a horrible name in the industry!!! DISGUSTED!
