I went to Spar in Ficksburg on 21 Dec 2013 at around 4pm to buy a pack of Huggies Gold for boys. When i got to the shelf I realized that there were non in the size that i wanted (Size 5). I then asked one of the staff members on the floor to please go and have a look if they had in storage. Her response was very arrogant, told me that she does not work in that section and the people responsible had left to go home earlier that day at 2pm. She basically could not be bothered to help me. I then went to the front desk to make enquiries about availability of this Huggies in the size that i wanted. I wanted to know if they had, if not, has an order been placed and when they expect to have delivery of this item. They guy in the front desk (Mark) told me that he would not be able to give me that information as their systems is very "out-dated" and they currently have no information of their stock levels as they have not done stock taking in 3 years. He even joked that I would actually be able to walk out with an item and they wouldn't even be able to tell it's missing. I was and still am very disappointed with the level of service that i received from Spar. Arrogant "don't care" attitudes
