This compliment is long overdue. The staff have always been very helpful and professional. On this occasion I ordered and paid for a Keepall duffel bag which I collected last Thursday. Madeleine processed my order and set aside the product for me. When I went to collect the item, it had already been packaged. I am fussy with my purchases and always ensure the product purchased is flawless. She set aside the better of the two bags available. Kevin usually assists me who is also amazing but Madeleine did a fantastic job. I cannot be more pleased with the service I've received from them.
