MADELEINE DE JAGER: Poor client interaction

I called MADELEINE DE JAGER today to discuss my levy account which had been handed over to debt collectors without having receiving any reminder communication.
I was frustrated with her attitude so became agitated. MADELEINE DE JAGER proceeded to put the phone down on me without resolving my query.
I called her manager, PHILIP MYNHARDT, who said he would address my matter as well as my concerns about the horrendous interaction with MADELEINE DE JAGER however he failed to do so. I called the Angor offices at around 16:15 this afternoon however the offices were closed.

I have previously received poor service from Angor when I purchased an unrelated property in Sunninghill however MADELEINE DE JAGER's behaviour today was way beyond my worst expectations. PHILIP MYNHARDT appears to not make client satisfaction a priority.

I am of the view the MADELEINE DE JAGER's attitude needs to be addressed and the appropriate action taken.
