It was literally 2 minutes after 9. I do understand that the store was closed. I wanted to try on a t shirt that i was going to buy. Its sad that you lost a sale and I will never step foot again into this branch, i was told the fitting rooms were closed. My point is it wasnt as if i was going to try on a suit or some thing, Im a guy for crying out loud. It would have taken me two minutes. So i said if i take the t shirt and if i try it on at home and the size is not correct can i exchange it, I was told no. The bad attitude from the young man in the shorts and the lady was pathetic. NEVER turn your back on a customer when you are talking. I am very dissapointed and sorry you have lost me as a loyal customer. Sorry to say that this bad experience will spread like wild fire amongst my friends and family. PATHETIC
