Broken parcel, poor service

I ordered online with them to try them out and was quite disappointed. I had to send them an email asking for confirmation before they even confirmed that my payment had gone through (this was several days after making a direct deposit into their account), and when the clothes finally arrived, they had stuffed too many items into a single envelope. So the envelope had opened in the post (if they had just stapled it closed it would have been fine), and one of the three items in it fell out. When I told them about it, they said they had delivered the parcel in good order to the Post Office, and no mention of a refund was made.
