When a client has available credit and because they haven't done a purchase in a year, Truworths has a policy with MTN that clients do not qualify to buy a cellphone. Truworths also only take into account when you short pay your account and not when you pay more than monthly installment. They seem to hold only short-payments against clients and try force you into buying their clothing in order to qualify to buy a cellphone.
This policy should be reviewed as they are meant to be supplying a service to their clients and not treating them like children.
