I Had enough of their promises

I Just had enough of joshua doores bad service i purshased a bedroom set with them and was promised delivery on Wednesday i have phoned them many times to find out whats happening all i awnser i get is we will call you back and they never do!!! i have to phone them all the time.now the delivery is saturday im fed up!!!
