I visited Goldwagen in Rustenburg yesterday, I baught adjusters for my car, the guy accepted my payment then told me it would be here today, I asked him to take my number to inform me when it's here, he just said I can phone the number on the slip but should be here at 9h00 when they deliver, got there 9h00 still nothing, enquired all day they let me know after 11h00 it will not be here today and maybe not even the next, so I had to cancel the installation and it screwed up my vacation plans, the people there are rude, when you greet them they ignore you, when I asked two other people to simply borrow a pen the looked at me then looked away, I paid Goldwagen and after accepting payment they changed the agreement, went back on their promise and didn't care about my items.
If I knew this I would rather have paid a bit more at the agents to get my items in time and not have my festive spirit broken by Goldwagen personnel unprofessional and rude behavior
