Recently I had bad expierences at one of the other amercan swiss branches wich I complained on hellopeter and then it got sorted and they changed their attutided, I walked into amercian swiss in walmer and from the 1st second I walkted into that shop I was greeted warmly and with a big smile, loshni van heerden, is really an asset to your company! The best service I've had from a retail shop! These shops can all go to her and learn some customer service! Really well done! She had so much patience with me, while my bf got agetated and rushing me! I'm really so impressed! Really excelant service!
