Ordered one of their engagement rings in my size, paid the estimate but knowing it's a bigger size than the store model that the actual quote would be more. Was promised they would put the order in and contact us within 10 working days for us to pay in the difference, 10 working days passed with no contact, it's been almost two months with no contact from them. Multiple follow ups from our side, just promises to contact us which hasn't happened once, even though we follow up weekly. HORRIBLE and frustrating experience in what should've been such a happy time.
