So, I posted a complaint on HelloPeter on 30 August 2013 informing me that a Regional Manager would contact me directly with regards to my complaint, and to date... Nothing, Zip, zero, zilch.
Once again, I am disappointed and disillusioned by the empty promises of this brand and will never step foot in a Sterns again once this is resolved.
I have attempted to contact the branch on numerous occasions for feedback, and the phone just rings continuously.
I don't understand how one can be in retail with this level of service, it is absolutely unacceptable and I can't tolerate this any longer. If there is any person capable of advising me as to the route forward in this scenario, I would appreciate your response, as I am at my wit's end.
If Sterns fails to resolve this within the next 2 working days, I will have no other option but to escalate this to further, more official forums.
