Horrible experience

Good day,

I have recently attended the Spur branch. I would like to put forth that this has indeed been a first time horrible experience.

An evening that included service that was by far a disappointing experience which left the order being wrong on almost 3 occasions,
Which thereafter left us to decide to rather take take-away, of which had absolutely NO sauces of which I paid for separately.

Apart from the above mentioned, to top the experience, the transaction of the payment gets deducted TWICE from my bank account. After driving almost halfway back home, I came back to discuss this matter with cashier at front desk. I was advised that "it happens" and that the funds would be reversed in 24hr, and will reflect on my account again.it has now been 3 days! I did make it relatively clear that I refuse to come back all the way for a mere R260.50 as it would not make any logical sense.

It is with this that I would like to send forth this email, to enquirer what it is exactly I should do now as the funds are STILL not returned into my account. It has been frustrating enough to have been this service at branch that usually very well organized. It would be even more frustrating
