WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on 15 May. I called to find out when it would be delivered only to be told that it was cancelled because there was no stock. I was never even informed. since then I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. MY LAST 1 LINE REPONSE FROM THEM WAS THAT IT WOULD TAKE 48-72 HOURS. IT HAS BEEN OVER THAT AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD. NOBODY RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR INBOX MESSAGES. IF I DO GET A REPLY VIA EMAIL IT'S UNHELPFUL & I MUST WAIT FOR DAYS BEFORE GETTING ANOTHER UNHELPFUL REPLY. CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTRE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. ORDER NO MAK2522286
