I have been calling the edcon company to get my contract sim activated for about a week now and all I get is poor service. Agents telling to wait for their call for a week now. I’m offline seeing my sim is not activated. When I call all I hear is music I used more than enough airtime with the hope of getting help but I’m still waiting. Their poor and bad service is appalling.
