I hate shopping so imagine my surprise when there were TWO incidents where I went to the Louis Botha Pick 'n Pay and saw that their service and behaviour is consistent and most pleasant. The servers at the deli greet you, engage and make eye contact and the tellers don't chat to each other while you stand with a heavy basket. There is always fresh produce and a variety of fresh meat and chicken and of course, reasonably priced. It is also clean and the queue at check out moves quickly. Kudos - management is doing something right
