Bad service at parking ticket station

Between 19h00 and 01h00 the praking cost at Bayside Mall is R5. I went to watch a movie with a friend and after paying for our parking ticket, we took longer than reguired time (I think its normally 10-15mins) to drive out. When inserting our ticket to go out it said we should return to paystation. I do understand the significance during daytime operating hours but due to the fact that parking cost remains R5 we didn't think it mattered. Not that that was the issue. The problem was the poor assistance we got when we pressed the help button at the paystation. The lady on duty on the night of 30 June 2015 was extremely rude. She just bluntly said we wasted time and need to pay again. For all that she know we could have passed out, been robbed or our car could have broken down. When we pressed the button again she completley ignored us. They might as well save that money and have no one working there than someone like that.
