I ordered DVD's from the Look and Listen online store, expecting that they would keep to their 2-3 day delivery commitment statement on the website. The site mentioned that an agent would phone me in case the items would not be delivered in 2-3 days. The items weren't delivered. The call centre doesn't pick up their phone, it rings a few times and the call is dropped. I have also logged a call via the web form, but I am still waiting for a reply.
Unfortunately the transaction has already gone through, so they are happy to take your money, but very hesitant to provide the products ordered.
