Extremely bad customer service

On 21 Janaury 2014, I e-mailed the @Home after sales division to request a replacement for a couch which I has purchased from them.

The leg of the couch had broken off for the second time. The couch was previously repaired, however within a week of the repair, the leg of the couch had broken off.

On 22 January 2014, i received a response stating that my e-mail will be escalated to @home Head Office and I will receive further feedback.

On 28 January I e-mailed the customer liason officer dealing with this issue for some feedback and to date i have not received a reply to my e-mail.

I have tried on many attempts to get a hold of the customer liason officer telephonically - all my attempts have been unsucessful. I was put on hold for ages, or the phone was not even answered in some cases.
On two occassions I was able to get through other customer liason officers, both of whom had to transfer me to another person, and of course, my calls were cut off.

Is is too much to ask to get some feedback from @home? Are all queries and customers treated in this manner?

Absolutely shocking and disappointing service from @home!!
