I would like to complain about groupon as I order 2x items that was suppose to be by me on the 11 of September and weren't, I wrote an email asking nicely where the goods where and got a response that the supply didn't get back to them but they can refund me or I can wait a week and if they didn't receive any news from the supplier they would refund automatic, the week already past Wednesday (25 sep) I emailed once again to ask it they got any news on this matter and no response on Saturday (28sep) emailed once again with no response and today (30sep) emailed twice with no response no refund and no email, all I wanted was an email back telling me what the story with the goods where, and also there is once again a groupon on one of the items I order so I cant understand how they didn't receive any stock but is currently waiting for the supplier?
