I went to Pick n Pay mini Market Randfontein on 22/01/2014, to purchase flowers, firstly the hours are from 7 in the morning I waited outside for them to open till 7H10 - I then got the flowers in a hurry when I was busy paying I noticed the flowers were past their sell by date 20.01.2014, I mentioned this to the cashier and she casually went on with the transaction, never offered that I look for others that are not past sell by date. I then thought ag its just flowers and left it when I got to work on 24.01.2014 the flowers were dead, to pay R105 per bunch and they only last 2 days is insane, I contacted their complaints department, received a call from PNP saying sorry we opened late, then I asked and the flowers that were past sell by she said she would phone me back still no call. I then lodged another complaint, cause the person from complaints would have called me back and still nothing I then received a call from Gail Naidoo who said she will sort it out never heard another word - Why have a complaints department if you are not willing to do anything about it??? I am highly disgusted in the attitude of the staff of such a large organisation.
