I cannot believe you have gone ahead and charged me for items i cancelled and thus never received, in particular after the appalling way I was treated.
On 30 July I placed an order for items on 24h delivery. I got confirmation that you had sent them. late on 31 July nothing had arrived. It turned out they had not even left Cape Town, with a load of nonsense about "flight delays" being given as an excuse. I explained that it was not convenient to receive them on 1 August.
At this point one of your staff, Sinazo, decided to impersonate me and use my account to place a replacement order. I was furious and instructed both to be cancelled. I also advised that I did not expect to be charged, since the products were not being sent.
Surprisingly a courier arrived with the original item on August 2 - as per the phone conversations that morning the courier was sent back with the items, ones that should never have been sent.
I am astonished that you have put a charge for R938 to my account for this as you have no grounds to have done so. Ensure that the money is returned to me ASAP.
