I am a very loyal Edgars account holder but after the continues bad service that I have been receiving in one of their major stores in Sandton I am really considering closing off my account. I bought 3 Charter club dresses and the zips of the dresses broke or jammed, I returned them late last year to be repaired at the store and it took a month to repair the dresses and after the repair still experienced the same problem. When I went back the Manager promised to call me the next day to give me a way forward on the matter and to this day I have not heard anything. Whenever I go to this branch I am kept waiting for a long time and still even after a long wait I don't get a concrete resolution to my complaint and the value of service that I get is very poor. I am seriously disappointed and would like to get a resolution to this matter because I don't want the dresses anymore the best solution is to credit my account. Charter club is a very expensive brand and they are supposed to sell quality clothes.
