FAULT ON BLACKBERRY

I opted to buy a Blackberry on 21 April 2012 due to its applications and the rating it had amongst users. Unfortunately after a short period of time 7 June 2012 the phone had to be repaired after normal usage patterns. After it was repaired It lasted for approximately 6 months before it gave problems again. For the second time it was taken to the provider which informed me that it was liquid damage. This explanation is totally unacceptable as it never fell or came into contact with any kind of liquid. I carry the cell phone in my handbag and it is always in its cell phone cover, which safe guard it from any possible liquid damage. I was informed that it cannot be repaired due to the stated reason. Currently I am without a phone
and am of the opionion that I'm being treated unfairly as I did not cause the "Liquid damage". I would appreciate it if this matter can be resolved in the interest of both parties and especially me the user. I paid R3499.00 for a phone that I did not even use for 8 months.
Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated.
