I have been waiiting since 09 January 2014 for my ITC record to be updated and my refund to be paid into my account since the email indicated 7 days . this zanele dlamini does not even respond to the emails i send to her regarding my refund. and a lady called me saying she has sent documents to ITC... has it been updated or what
