I bought a packet of Lays and they didnt have any flavour. i then sent an email to Simba informing them of their product. they responded and said I will get a correspondence. I laid the complain on the 15th of jan and till today I havent received anything from them. I gave them all the details the requsted and the expiery date of the packet. what must one do to get proper service?
