I purchases a 30gr pkt of Lays lightly salted potato crisps. When I open it there were about 5 crisps in the packet. I was very disappointed, and because it was bought at our kiosk at work, didn't bother to take it back, but informed Simba immediatly to show my displeasure.
I didnt expect anything in return just wanted them to know how little crisps were in the packet.
I was very impressed yesterday when I received a letter of apology and a voucher to the value of R30.00 to make up for the bad experience.
