I received the most appalling service from Gloria a cashier at Ninapark, she had the audacity to tell me that she's a cashier not a packer so I have to pack my own stuff, and that other customers are waiting in line so she's not gonna stand up to ask for someone to come and help. I just don't understand why she doesn't stay home if she doesn't want to work, don't these people receive customer service training?
