Extremelly poor service from VW all-round

I booked my car in to be diagnosed on the 20 December @ McCarthy volkswagen arcadia (0123091700), dropped the car 1st thing that morning because when the car idles, it vibrates and gave a funny sound. i later phoned in that afternoon round 16:30 for an update was informed by james Vivie's that a brand new polo 1.4 wit 19k kilometrees bought this year has dropped two valves and it mis-fires . i then asked him what"s the cause for that and what's su[ppose to happen? he told me he does not know exactly but i"m going to get my car late January next year (2014) or i should fetch it and return it in January.
phoned in to ask for courtesy car and i was informed there were no cars i must speak to the manager, spoke to Jimmy Molapo and he told me there"s no nothing he can do he gave away all his cars i must
call VW customer care for help, there"s nothing he can do. phoned the customer care (0800111992), explain my situation to the lady by the name of Bronwin also informed her i need to go home to Welkom on the 24th, was assured my issued will be escalated on Monday regarding the rental car and she also sent me indemnity forms to fill in and back, 1/2...
