We had gutters installed in August 2009. A key decision criteria was the 5 year workmanship and 20 year product guarantee.
Now we have a problem with the gutters not holding their shape and bending under the water volume and SA Gutters don't return calls or respond to emails to come out and solve the problem of their faulty goods - well within the product guarantee!! Is the plan to wait out the guarantee window to sell new gutters?
Don't buy into the promises. Doesn't help if they don't come out or respond to service calls.
