I went to your zevenwact mall branch after work yesterday at about 16H40 to purchase Yardley foundation, concealer and loose powder. If i knew the shade i should use for my skintone, i wouldve just taken it, paid for it and left. At the make-up section i noticed two ladies sitting flat on the floor clearly busy counting something. Not even paying any attention to me, i went to go and look for someone to assist me. I found a lady who said she will go and get someone to help me. After a while two different ladies came pass me chatting away, and i asked her if the other lady asked her to assist me and she looked confuse and said 'no', but ill help you'. I asked her if there is any samples available so that i can match the shade that i need to buy to my skin, and she replied she dont know if thay packed away the samples already because they are preparing for stocktake. I asked how in suppose to choose between all the colours because its my first time buying yardley. She said shell go and ask someone... she then came back and said ' sorry but unfortunately its all been packed away'. Nowhere on the door was there any indication of stocktake being in progress and the doors was open.
