Paul from the jewellery counter left a very bad taste in my mouth when i went to purchase a watch this past Sunday.
Not only did he spend close to 7 minutes fiddling with cupboard doors (without informing me what he was doing and asking for my patience)
by the time i give him the reciept as proof of payment for the watch, he hands over the watch in a small blue cardboard box (similar to the roadside cellphone charger boxes) and tells me that they dont have a box for my watch.
If a watch is on display, THEN WHERE IS THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
No protection what-so-ever.
That watch is now floating around in the empty little box and is probably scratched for all i know because i refuse to wear it and will be returning it to Game today!
I had already spent close to 15mins at the till packing my own groceries!
I was in no mood for an hour at the returns counter!
I fail to understand why level of service is not carried throughout a franchise.
A company's reputation is the reason we support it and remain loyal to it.
Why do i have to go to the suburbs to get the service i deserve as a paying customer (and Game Store account holder might i add...)
I refuse to accept sub-standard service!
