I wanted to return a ring which was past the due date of 30 day money back guarantee. The manager on duty was very unhelpful and very rude. I explained that it was due to an unexpected situation that I could not return the item in time. She said she did not have money to refund me. When I asked what should I do now she said that I just had 30days to return and get my money back. She did not explain anything further, went to the back and went on with what ever she was busy with. We stood around there waiting and waiting. A fellow worker at Sterns came to see her where they chatted in the hall. In the meantime a few other people entered the shop and she started assisting them, while we still waited for an answer or something. When we confronted her she got rude and we started shouting at one another. She told us that we are not going to insult her in front of people, ignored us and finishing helping the other people. We left the shop and the ring. We called the area manager and she told us to go back and get a voucher from the shop.
