TV still not repaired, nor feedback received

Hi there

We booked the Flat Screen TV in on the 29th of December 2013 for repairs, its the 31st of January and we have not received feedback on what's happening with the TV. Surely, it doesn't take this long to repair the TV nor to provide feedback???
