Wrongfully listed on Trans union as slow paye

In 2012 I Lodged a query that I did not receive statements and I been paying for services on edgars I did not know about, and when I used to pay my accounts I did not receive any statements and used to asked the lady at the till what was owing and used to pay it that way, I lodged a compliant in November after numerous complaints, case number 1212120043/GO, this has lead to me paying short or over paying, and has led to my name been listed on transunion for the months of jan 2012 and June 2012, direct impact of my no receiving statements. And I have a record on transunion due to these late payments, when it was not my fault, and I was told by edgars that there was a block on my account since 2010 and that's the reason of me not receiving any statements, I request my tran union details be updated as it was not my fault of these late payments or underpayments as it was a direct result of me not receiving statements for this month.
